- Initial Study - by Harvard Westlake, their answers to the environmental impact and damage their mega complex will cause. Destruction of golf course (pg 15), 80 foot floodlights and 11 foot walls (pg. 22/27) Restricted access (pg 31) Traffic (pg 49/50)
- Notice of Preparation - City Planner's notes on what Harvard Westlake is asking for, which is special permission (referred to as "entitlements") to build this project which does not meet current zoning laws.
- Cultural Heritage Commission - They voted for the property for Historical Landmark designation. Read the actual CHC staff findings. Don't be mislead.
Presently Weddington is open space with natural trees and grass and has been open for public use 7 days a week, 8 am to 9 pm,
Our future, after 2 ½ years of construction. This mega complex will add traffic, loud noise and bright lights at night for private school events.
